Shipping Policy

International shipping typically takes around 1 week for delivery. All shipments are fully insured for the purchase amount and can be tracked online.

As a professional online retailer, we provide door-to-door delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package upon arrival. Rest assured, all items are securely packed inside an extra protective outer box for safe transit.

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. A tracking number will follow shortly after shipment, allowing you to track your package's progress online.

Please Note regarding Customs Fees: Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees may apply to international shipments depending on your country's regulations. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional customs fees and clear the package through customs.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We warrant that all items delivered match the descriptions and images presented on our website. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Before initiating a return or exchange, you must contact us first to obtain the correct return shipping address. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

If you are returning a correctly fulfilled order for a refund, please note that a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. However, you do not need to worry about transit loss, as we cover the insurance for the return shipment.

All returned merchandise must be sent exclusively to the specific return address provided to you by our customer service team via email.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID, and our team will gladly assist you. If you wish to exchange your item for a completely different style, you will need to return the original item for a refund (subject to our Return Policy) and place a new order for the preferred style.

You must contact us before shipping any items back. All exchange items must be in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached). Worn, soiled, or damaged items will be sent back to you at your expense.

We do not cover the shipping costs for exchanges. Customers are responsible for the return postage as well as the shipping and handling costs for sending the exchanged items back out to you.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be requested before the items have been dispatched. Because we process and prepare all orders as quickly as possible (usually within 6–8 hours of placement), we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is submitted. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Any cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

Friendly Notice: If you do not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days of placing your order, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as your email server may have filtered it. If it is not there, please contact us immediately for assistance with your order tracking.
